V\u00fdb\u011br potravin je ovlivn\u011bn mnoha r\u016fzn\u00fdmi faktory \u2013 nejen zdrav\u00edm nebo hladem, ale tak\u00e9 emocemi, v\u00fdchovou, finan\u010dn\u00ed situac\u00ed, prost\u0159ed\u00edm a \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tyto faktory \u010dasto p\u016fsob\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u011b a lid\u00e9 si ani nemus\u00ed uv\u011bdomovat, co skute\u010dn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje jejich ka\u017edodenn\u00ed rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed. Bohu\u017eel takov\u00e9 diety \u010dasto vedou k jo-jo efektu \u2013 rychl\u00e9mu n\u00e1vratu k p\u0159edchoz\u00ed v\u00e1ze, nebo dokonce k jej\u00edmu p\u0159ib\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed. V d\u016fsledku toho se mnoho lid\u00ed domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee sladk\u00fd sportovn\u00ed n\u00e1poj je po kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 proch\u00e1zce nezbytn\u00fd nebo \u017ee &#8222;fit&#8220; ty\u010dinka je zdrav\u00e1 sva\u010dina \u2013 i kdy\u017e m\u016f\u017ee obsahovat v\u00edce kalori\u00ed ne\u017e plnohodnotn\u00e9 j\u00eddlo.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <br>Krom\u011b toho dne\u0161n\u00ed rychl\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl \u2013 dlouh\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed doba, sezen\u00ed u po\u010d\u00edta\u010de, nedostatek \u010dasu a stravov\u00e1n\u00ed &#8222;na cest\u00e1ch&#8220; \u2013 ovliv\u0148uje tak\u00e9 v\u00fdb\u011br j\u00eddla. Vysok\u00e9 ceny zeleniny, ryb nebo bio produkt\u016f mohou b\u00fdt pro mnoho rodin p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekou. Stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je i dostupnost infrastruktury \u2013 lid\u00e9 \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed v tzv &#8222;potravinov\u00fdch pou\u0161t\u00edch&#8220; (oblasti bez obchod\u016f s v\u00fd\u017eivn\u00fdmi potravinami) maj\u00ed mnohem m\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed \u010dinit zdrav\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u0161echny tyto podm\u00ednky znamenaj\u00ed, \u017ee \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 podpora zdrav\u00e9ho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed se nem\u016f\u017ee omezovat pouze na vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.
