(2022) provedli experiment, jeho\u017e c\u00edlem bylo zkoumat, jak hlad a stravov\u00e1n\u00ed ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed ka\u017edodenn\u00ed emoce u v\u00edce ne\u017e 700 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch. Po dobu jednoho t\u00fddne \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci \u010dty\u0159ikr\u00e1t denn\u011b hl\u00e1sili svou \u00farove\u0148 hladu, p\u0159\u00edjem potravy a n\u00e1ladu.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00fdsledky uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee hlad m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it pocity energie a aktivity a tak\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161it bd\u011blost. Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed byli hladov\u00ed, hl\u00e1sili m\u00e9n\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eenou psychickou aktivitu. Na druhou stranu j\u00eddlo zp\u016fsobilo, \u017ee se lid\u00e9 pozd\u011bji b\u011bhem dne c\u00edtili aktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studie tak\u00e9 zjistila, \u017ee emoce mohou ovlivnit hlad: jedinci, kte\u0159\u00ed se c\u00edtili energi\u010dt\u00ed, \u010dil\u00ed nebo neklidn\u00ed, m\u011bli tendenci za\u017e\u00edvat hlad rychleji. Naproti tomu ti, kte\u0159\u00ed se c\u00edtili rozpt\u00fdlen\u00ed nebo du\u0161evn\u011b zpomalen\u00ed, poci\u0165ovali men\u0161\u00ed hlad.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee nebyl nalezen \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd vztah mezi hladem a negativn\u00edmi emocemi, jako je smutek, \u00fazkost nebo hn\u011bv. To nazna\u010duje, \u017ee hlad m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vliv na na\u0161i energii a \u00farove\u0148 aktivity ne\u017e na negativn\u00ed n\u00e1ladu.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#e4493e;font-size:28px\"><strong>4.1. S postupuj\u00edc\u00ed evoluc\u00ed si mnohobun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 organismy \u2013 zejm\u00e9na ty s nervovou soustavou \u2013 vyvinuly pokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsoby reakce na sv\u00e9 To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee si mohou pl\u00e9st emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed stavy s fyzick\u00fdm hladem. Nap\u0159\u00edklad kdy\u017e c\u00edt\u00ed stres, smutek nebo \u00fazkost, jejich t\u011blo reaguje nap\u011bt\u00edm, kter\u00e9 interpretuj\u00ed jako hlad \u2013 co\u017e je vede k j\u00eddlu (Reichenberger a kol., 2020).   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-c44db356\">\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-055b2dd2ba81fc2246c206d0d36a0549 wp-block-paragraph\">Maria se c\u00edt\u00ed vystresovan\u00e1 p\u0159ed zkou\u0161kou. M\u00edsto toho, aby si uv\u011bdomila, \u017ee je napjat\u00e1 a \u00fazkostn\u00e1, mysl\u00ed si, \u017ee m\u00e1 hlad a s\u00e1hne po \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00e9 tabulce.<br>Tato teorie byla kdysi pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na k vysv\u011btlen\u00ed obezity, ale dnes se v\u011bdci shoduj\u00ed, \u017ee tento jev pln\u011b nevysv\u011btluje. T\u00e9ma pov\u011bdom\u00ed o t\u011blesn\u00fdch sign\u00e1lech v\u0161ak st\u00e1le hraje d\u016fle\u017eitou roli ve v\u00fdzkumu v\u00fd\u017eivy.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-02ad42d0 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-f2548c65\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Teorie omezen\u00ed \u2013 p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e1 pravidla vedou k p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed<br>Tato teorie nazna\u010duje, \u017ee lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed dodr\u017euj\u00ed velmi p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 diety, jsou n\u00e1chyln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed k epizod\u00e1m emo\u010dn\u00edho p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed. Kdy\u017e si n\u011bkdo zak\u00e1\u017ee j\u00edst ur\u010dit\u00e1 j\u00eddla (nap\u0159. &#8222;Nikdy nesn\u00edm \u010dokol\u00e1du&#8220;) a pak toto pravidlo poru\u0161\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee si myslet: &#8222;U\u017e jsem selhal, tak bych mohl sn\u00edst v\u00edc.&#8220; To je zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako &#8220; efekt co to sakra je&#8220; (Reichenberger et al., 2020).  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-467f0152\">\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-99f611c0747cde6e5c6fc56cda402bcc wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>P\u0159\u00edklad: <br>Tom se rozhodl vyh\u00fdbat sladkostem. M\u00edsto toho, aby se zastavil, pomyslel si: &#8222;Kdy\u017e u\u017e jsem m\u011bl sladkosti, mohl bych klidn\u011b sn\u00edst cel\u00e9 balen\u00ed su\u0161enek.&#8220;<br>Emoce mohou oslabit kontrolu nad t\u011bmito pravidly, a proto lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed dodr\u017euj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 diety, maj\u00ed \u010dasto probl\u00e9m je dlouhodob\u011b udr\u017eet.<\/strong><\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-c1485dd3 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-a79678cc\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>3. Pokud se n\u011bkdo z minul\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed pou\u010dil, \u017ee nap\u0159\u00edklad \u010dokol\u00e1da mu d\u011bl\u00e1 l\u00e9pe, jeho mozek si za\u010dne spojovat negativn\u00ed emoce s j\u00eddlem. V d\u016fsledku toho, kdy\u017e se v budoucnu c\u00edt\u00ed smutn\u00fd nebo ve stresu, m\u016f\u017ee automaticky s\u00e1hnout po j\u00eddle \u2013 i kdy\u017e nem\u00e1 fyzick\u00fd hlad.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Jak to funguje? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Poka\u017ed\u00e9, kdy\u017e sn\u00edme n\u011bco chutn\u00e9ho, \u200b\u200bmozek dostane sign\u00e1l: \u201eTo je dobr\u00fd pocit!\u201c <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pokud j\u00edme ve stresuj\u00edc\u00ed chv\u00edli, negativn\u00ed pocit do\u010dasn\u011b zmiz\u00ed. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mozek se u\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee j\u00eddlo pom\u00e1h\u00e1 &#8222;porazit&#8220; stres, tak\u017ee a\u017e p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b nastane podobn\u00e1 situace, p\u0159im\u011bje n\u00e1s znovu s\u00e1hnout po pochutin\u00e1ch (Reichenberger et al., 2020). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-bc933928\">\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-dd70a67874fb1642db364a4dfb35e642 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>P\u0159\u00edklad:<\/strong><br>Po n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m dni ve \u0161kole Kl\u00e1ra v\u017edy sn\u00ed zmrzlinu.
