P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 se, \u017ee vhodn\u00e1 strava m\u016f\u017ee hr\u00e1t jak preventivn\u00ed roli \u2013 chr\u00e1nit p\u0159ed nemocemi \u2013 tak i podp\u016frnou roli p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b r\u016fzn\u00fdch du\u0161evn\u00edch poruch, jako je deprese, schizofrenie nebo \u00fazkostn\u00e9 poruchy (Grajek a kol., 2022).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-cda2a7c5 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-d3a7669c\">\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:28px\"><em><strong>Strava a du\u0161evn\u00ed choroby<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du\u0161evn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed jsou v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem, kter\u00fd ovliv\u0148uje ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u017eivot milion\u016f lid\u00ed na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. Mezi nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed deprese, schizofrenie, bipol\u00e1rn\u00ed porucha a \u00fazkostn\u00e9 poruchy. Jejich l\u00e9\u010dba je prim\u00e1rn\u011b zalo\u017eena na farmakoterapii a psychoterapii; v\u011bdci v\u0161ak st\u00e1le v\u00edce zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed v\u00fdznam diety jako podp\u016frn\u00e9ho prvku terapie. N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st poskytne obecn\u00fd p\u0159ehled t\u011bchto poruch. Mohou br\u00e1nit ka\u017edodenn\u00edmu fungov\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad studiu, pr\u00e1ci nebo udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed vztah\u016f. Jedinci, kte\u0159\u00ed se s t\u011bmito probl\u00e9my pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed, se mohou c\u00edtit sklesl\u00ed, \u00fazkostliv\u00ed, m\u00edt pot\u00ed\u017ee s koncentrac\u00ed nebo sp\u00e1nkem a n\u011bkdy je pro n\u011b obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 rozli\u0161it realitu od p\u0159edstavivosti. Tyto poruchy nejsou zn\u00e1mkou \u201eslabosti\u201c \u2013 jsou to skute\u010dn\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed stavy, kter\u00e9 lze a m\u011bly by b\u00fdt l\u00e9\u010deny. \u010c\u00edm d\u0159\u00edve jsou rozpozn\u00e1ny, t\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed je \u0161ance na \u00fa\u010dinnou podporu a zlep\u0161en\u00ed kvality \u017eivota.     <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-403cae73 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-f8644680\">\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;font-size:28px\"><strong><em>Deprese<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">Deprese je jednou z nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch du\u0161evn\u00edch poruch, kter\u00e1 se vyzna\u010duje dlouhodobou \u0161patnou n\u00e1ladou, nedostatkem energie a ztr\u00e1tou z\u00e1jmu o ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u010dinnosti. Lid\u00e9 s depres\u00ed mohou tak\u00e9 poci\u0165ovat poruchy sp\u00e1nku, pot\u00ed\u017ee s koncentrac\u00ed a zm\u011bny chuti k j\u00eddlu.<br>V\u011bdci st\u00e1le v\u00edce zkoumaj\u00ed vliv stravy na depresivn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky a zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed v\u00fdznam \u017eivin, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed funkci mozku. Obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 jsou omega-3 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny, vitam\u00edny skupiny B a antioxidanty, proto\u017ee mohou podporovat funkci neurotransmiter\u016f a sni\u017eovat z\u00e1n\u011bt v t\u011ble. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch studi\u00edch st\u0159edomo\u0159sk\u00e1 a ketogenn\u00ed dieta prok\u00e1zaly p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky p\u0159i zm\u00edr\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f deprese, a\u010dkoli v t\u00e9to oblasti je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu. Mezi jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky pat\u0159\u00ed halucinace (nap\u0159. sly\u0161en\u00ed hlas\u016f), bludy, probl\u00e9my s koncentrac\u00ed a pot\u00ed\u017ee se soci\u00e1ln\u00edm fungov\u00e1n\u00edm.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">V posledn\u00edch letech za\u010dali v\u011bdci zkoumat roli stravy v l\u00e9\u010db\u011b schizofrenie, zejm\u00e9na ve vztahu k metabolismu gluk\u00f3zy a mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed funkci v mozku \u2013 tedy k tomu, jak mozkov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky produkuj\u00ed energii. Ketogenn\u00ed dieta zp\u016fsobuje, \u017ee t\u011blo z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 energii p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b z tuk\u016f m\u00edsto cukru (sacharid\u016f). To vede k produkci tzv. ketonov\u00fdch t\u011bl\u00edsek, kter\u00e1 nahrazuj\u00ed gluk\u00f3zu jako palivo pro mozek. T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem m\u016f\u017ee strava podpo\u0159it stabilizaci mozkov\u00fdch funkc\u00ed a pomoci zm\u00edrnit ur\u010dit\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky schizofrenie. V d\u016fsledku toho se objevily hypot\u00e9zy nazna\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed, \u017ee ketogenn\u00ed nebo n\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e1 dieta m\u016f\u017ee podpo\u0159it stabilizaci n\u00e1lady zlep\u0161en\u00edm mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed funkce a regulac\u00ed hladin neurotransmiter\u016f. Lid\u00e9 trp\u00edc\u00ed t\u011bmito poruchami \u010dasto poci\u0165uj\u00ed p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed obavy, svalov\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed a poruchy sp\u00e1nku.  <br>V kontextu \u00fazkostn\u00fdch poruch se v\u011bdci st\u00e1le v\u00edce zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na roli st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobioty a jej\u00ed vliv na mozkov\u00e9 funkce (osa st\u0159evo-mozek, kter\u00e1 ozna\u010duje spojen\u00ed mezi st\u0159evem a mozkem, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee to, co j\u00edme, m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit na\u0161e pocity). Strava bohat\u00e1 na probiotika (nap\u0159. b\u00edl\u00fd jogurt) a na \u017eiviny, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed produkci serotoninu (nap\u0159. potraviny s vysok\u00fdm obsahem tryptofanu), m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd vliv na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u00fazkosti. Navzdory rostouc\u00edmu p\u0159\u00edjmu kilokalori\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 nedostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch mikro- a makro\u017eivin \u2013 jako jsou vitam\u00edny skupiny B a ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk, kter\u00e9 jsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro spr\u00e1vnou funkci nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. Krom\u011b toho byl pozorov\u00e1n pokles konzumace zeleniny a obilovin bohat\u00fdch na vl\u00e1kninu. Tyto negativn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky jsou d\u00e1le umocn\u011bny faktory, jako je kou\u0159en\u00ed, n\u00edzk\u00e1 fyzick\u00e1 aktivita a nadm\u011brn\u00e1 konzumace alkoholu, kter\u00e9 v\u0161echny zvy\u0161uj\u00ed riziko du\u0161evn\u00edch poruch, v\u010detn\u011b deprese (Grajek et al., 2022).    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"sensei-content-description has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#e4493e;font-size:28px\"><strong><strong><strong>Vliv bioaktivn\u00edch slo\u017eek potravin na du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">St\u00e1le v\u00edce studi\u00ed ukazuje, \u017ee ur\u010dit\u00e9 bioaktivn\u00ed slou\u010deniny p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 v potravin\u00e1ch mohou ovliv\u0148ovat funkci mozku a celkovou pohodu. Bioaktivn\u00ed slou\u010deniny jsou l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 nejsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed, ale maj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na zdrav\u00ed \u2013 mohou zlep\u0161ovat n\u00e1ladu, sni\u017eovat stres a dokonce podporovat l\u00e9\u010dbu stav\u016f, jako je deprese nebo schizofrenie. Funguj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby: ovliv\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm neurotransmiter\u016f (chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek v mozku, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m pom\u00e1haj\u00ed c\u00edtit se klidn\u011b a dob\u0159e), sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm z\u00e1n\u011btu (stav, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee zhor\u0161it funkci mozku a zhor\u0161it n\u00e1ladu) a podporou funkce st\u0159ev, kter\u00e9 jsou propojeny s mozkem.
