To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v\u011bdci provedli experimenty a porovnali r\u016fzn\u00e9 skupiny lid\u00ed, aby zjistili, zda zm\u011bny ve stravov\u00e1n\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b pom\u00e1haj\u00ed zm\u00edrnit p\u0159\u00edznaky, jako jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159\u00edznaky deprese.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-b66813c6 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-cc856874\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159\u00edkladem takov\u00e9ho z\u00e1sahu je p\u0159ijet\u00ed stravy bohat\u00e9 na zeleninu, ovoce, ryby, o\u0159echy a olivov\u00fd olej \u2013 potraviny, o kter\u00fdch je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee pozitivn\u011b ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed funkci mozku a pohodu. Pozitivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky byly nav\u00edc pozorov\u00e1ny i po \u0161esti m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zlep\u0161en\u00ed pohody bylo spojeno s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edjmem o\u0159ech\u016f, zeleniny a v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rozmanitosti zeleniny. V\u011bdci se rozhodli prozkoumat, zda by strava mohla pomoci sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko deprese a podpo\u0159it du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed (Cherian et al., 2021). Za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem studovali 709 jedinc\u016f s pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdm v\u011bkem 80,4 let po dobu 6,5 let a sledovali jak jejich stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky, tak p\u0159\u00edznaky deprese. Hodnotili dopad t\u0159\u00ed zdrav\u00fdch stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f (DASH, MIND a st\u0159edomo\u0159sk\u00e1 strava) ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se z\u00e1padn\u00ed stravou, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 vysok\u00fd obsah ultrazpracovan\u00fdch potravin, cukru a nasycen\u00fdch tuk\u016f.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Co uk\u00e1zaly v\u00fdsledky? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed dodr\u017eovali dietu MIND nebo DASH, m\u011bli m\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f deprese. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jedinci dodr\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1padn\u00ed stravu m\u011bli vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko deprese \u2013 \u010d\u00edm v\u00edce rychl\u00e9ho ob\u010derstven\u00ed a sladkost\u00ed konzumovali, t\u00edm h\u016f\u0159 se c\u00edtili. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studie prok\u00e1zala, \u017ee strava m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm n\u00e1strojem ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika deprese u star\u0161\u00edch dosp\u011bl\u00fdch. Zdrav\u00e9 stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky \u2013 zejm\u00e9na diety MIND a DASH \u2013 se zdaj\u00ed m\u00edt pozitivn\u00ed vliv na du\u0161evn\u00ed pohodu, zat\u00edmco z\u00e1padn\u00ed strava m\u016f\u017ee depresivn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky zhor\u0161ovat.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;font-size:20px\"><em><strong>M\u016f\u017ee dieta MIND pomoci sn\u00ed\u017eit stres a zlep\u0161it metabolick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed?<\/strong><\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00fdzkum nazna\u010duje, \u017ee dieta MIND nejen podporuje funkci mozku, ale m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 pomoci sn\u00ed\u017eit stres a zlep\u0161it celkov\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed \u2013 zejm\u00e9na u jedinc\u016f s obezitou (Ardekani et al., 2023). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studie Ardekaniho a koleg\u016f (2023) se z\u00fa\u010dastnilo 339 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch ve v\u011bku 20\u201350 let s obezitou (BMI \u2265 30 kg\/m\u00b2). \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci vyplnili dotazn\u00edk o stravov\u00e1n\u00ed a bylo hodnoceno jejich dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed diety MIND. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci pot\u00e9 hodnotili nejen jejich stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky, ale tak\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed ukazatele, jako je hladina stresu, krevn\u00ed tlak a inzul\u00ednov\u00e1 rezistence (kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd faktor ve v\u00fdvoji diabetu 2. typu).   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jedinci, kte\u0159\u00ed d\u016fsledn\u011bji dodr\u017eovali dietu MIND, konzumovali v\u00edce potravin podporuj\u00edc\u00edch mozek, jako je zelenina, o\u0159echy a celozrnn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, a jedli m\u00e9n\u011b sladkost\u00ed a pe\u010diva ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u011bmi s nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edm sk\u00f3re MIND. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed m\u00edrou dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed diety MIND vykazovali ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hladinu stresu a lep\u0161\u00ed citlivost na inzul\u00edn, co\u017e nazna\u010duje sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 riziko inzul\u00ednov\u00e9 rezistence a cukrovky. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tato studie nazna\u010duje, \u017ee dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed diety MIND m\u016f\u017ee pomoci sn\u00ed\u017eit stres a zlep\u0161it metabolick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed bez ohledu na v\u011bk, index BMI, pohlav\u00ed nebo \u00farove\u0148 fyzick\u00e9 aktivity. V d\u016fsledku toho t\u011blo za\u010dne pou\u017e\u00edvat tuk jako prim\u00e1rn\u00ed zdroj energie m\u00edsto gluk\u00f3zy. V typick\u00e9 strav\u011b jsou sacharidy (jako je chl\u00e9b, t\u011bstoviny, ovoce a brambory) hlavn\u00edm zdrojem energie. Naproti tomu ketogenn\u00ed dieta posouv\u00e1 t\u011blo do stavu zvan\u00e9ho ket\u00f3za, kde za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 produkovat ketony \u2013 slou\u010deniny tvo\u0159en\u00e9 z tuku, kter\u00e9 nahrazuj\u00ed cukr jako palivo pro mozek a svaly. Tento proces pom\u00e1h\u00e1 stabilizovat hladinu gluk\u00f3zy v krvi a zlep\u0161uje schopnost t\u011bla regulovat energetick\u00fd metabolismus (Grajek a kol., 2022).     <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Ketogenn\u00ed dieta jako podpora p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch psychiatrick\u00fdch poruch<\/strong><\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danan a kol. (2022) provedli studii zahrnuj\u00edc\u00ed 31 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch pacient\u016f hospitalizovan\u00fdch v psychiatrick\u00e9m za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Tito jedinci trp\u011bli z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdmi du\u0161evn\u00edmi poruchami a nereagovali dob\u0159e na standardn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dbu, jako jsou l\u00e9ky a psychoterapie. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed intervence byla ketogenn\u00ed dieta, kter\u00e1 byla sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jejich l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu. To znamenalo konzumaci velmi mal\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed sacharid\u016f \u2013 ne v\u00edce ne\u017e 20 gram\u016f denn\u011b. Nen\u00ed to v\u0161ak jednoduch\u00e1 dieta \u2013 vy\u017eaduje vysokou \u00farove\u0148 discipl\u00edny a m\u011bla by b\u00fdt dodr\u017eov\u00e1na pouze pod dohledem l\u00e9ka\u0159e a dietologa. Standardn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dba sice zahrnuje antipsychotick\u00e9 l\u00e9ky, ale v mnoha p\u0159\u00edpadech p\u0159\u00edznaky zcela neodezn\u00ed. V\u011bdci proto zkoumaj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed metody na podporu terapie \u2013 jednou z nich je ketogenn\u00ed dieta (Rog a kol., 2024).    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studie nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee lid\u00e9 se schizofreni\u00ed maj\u00ed \u010dasto naru\u0161en\u00fd metabolismus gluk\u00f3zy v mozku, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee naru\u0161it komunikaci mezi nervov\u00fdmi bu\u0148kami. Ketogenn\u00ed dieta nab\u00edz\u00ed alternativn\u00ed zdroj energie \u2013 ketonov\u00e1 t\u011bl\u00edska, kter\u00e1 mohou efektivn\u011bji z\u00e1sobovat mozek palivem a zlep\u0161ovat jeho fungov\u00e1n\u00ed (Rog a kol., 2024).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky ukazuj\u00ed potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednosy. Dlouhodob\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 v\u00e9st k nedostatku n\u011bkolika d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch \u017eivin (Rog a kol., 2024).    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ketogenn\u00ed dieta je slibnou podp\u016frnou mo\u017enost\u00ed p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b schizofrenie. M\u016f\u017ee pomoci zlep\u0161it mozkov\u00e9 funkce, zm\u00edrnit p\u0159\u00edznaky a zlep\u0161it metabolick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed.
