Metaanal\u00fdza zjistila, \u017ee vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed konzumace ultrazpracovan\u00fdch potravin zvy\u0161uje riziko \u00fazkostn\u00fdch poruch o 48 % a depresivn\u00edch poruch o 22 % (Lane a kol., 2024). Anal\u00fdza dat z N\u00e1rodn\u00edho pr\u016fzkumu zdrav\u00ed a v\u00fd\u017eivy (NHANES) proveden\u00e9ho na 18 439 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech v\u0161ak zjistila, \u017ee vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem cukru je spojen se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem deprese. Lid\u00e9 s du\u0161evn\u00edmi poruchami \u010dasto u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed alkohol jako zp\u016fsob, jak se vyrovnat s emocion\u00e1ln\u00edmi obt\u00ed\u017eemi. Studie proveden\u00e1 na 22 699 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch Korejc\u00edch zjistila, \u017ee mu\u017ei, kte\u0159\u00ed jedli pouze dv\u011b j\u00eddla denn\u011b, m\u011bli vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko metabolick\u00e9ho syndromu ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u011bmi, kte\u0159\u00ed jedli t\u0159i j\u00eddla denn\u011b. U \u017een, kter\u00e9 jedly dv\u011b j\u00eddla denn\u011b, bylo vynech\u00e1n\u00ed sn\u00eddan\u011b spojeno se zv\u00fd\u0161enou hladinou gluk\u00f3zy nala\u010dno a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdmi triglyceridy, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko vzniku cukrovky a kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Naopak \u017eeny, kter\u00e9 vynechaly ve\u010de\u0159i, m\u011bly ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hladiny gluk\u00f3zy nala\u010dno. Tato zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee jak frekvence j\u00eddel, tak to, kter\u00e9 j\u00eddlo je vynech\u00e1no, m\u016f\u017ee v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovlivnit metabolick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed a \u017ee pravideln\u00e1 konzumace sn\u00eddan\u011b m\u016f\u017ee hr\u00e1t kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli v prevenci metabolick\u00e9ho syndromu (Park et al., 2023).     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vynech\u00e1n\u00ed sn\u00eddan\u011b m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt negativn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky nejen na t\u011blo, ale tak\u00e9 na du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed a kognitivn\u00ed v\u00fdkonnost. Studie ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee jedinci, kte\u0159\u00ed pravideln\u011b vynech\u00e1vaj\u00ed sn\u00eddani, maj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko vzniku ADHD a deprese. To m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zp\u016fsobeno nestabiln\u00edmi hladinami gluk\u00f3zy v krvi a naru\u0161en\u00edm funkce neurotransmiter\u016f, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed n\u00e1ladu, koncentraci a celkovou pohodu (Zhang, Tan &amp; Luo, 2024).   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nesn\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 zhor\u0161it schopnost u\u010dit se a uchov\u00e1vat informace, co\u017e student\u016fm zt\u011b\u017euje dobr\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky ve \u0161kole. Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed \u010dast\u011bji vynech\u00e1vaj\u00ed sn\u00eddani, nav\u00edc hl\u00e1s\u00ed fyzickou slabost a nedostatek energie, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit jejich ka\u017edodenn\u00ed fungov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u00farove\u0148 aktivity (Zhang, Tan &amp; Luo, 2024).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studie zahrnuj\u00edc\u00ed dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee vynech\u00e1n\u00ed sn\u00eddan\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u011b zvy\u0161uje riziko stresu a depresivn\u00ed n\u00e1lady. Krom\u011b toho, \u010d\u00edm \u010dast\u011bji dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed vynech\u00e1vali j\u00eddlo b\u011bhem dne, t\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed bylo riziko stresu a deprese (Lee, Han &amp; Kim, 2017).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee studie nezjistily souvislost mezi vynech\u00e1n\u00edm sn\u00eddan\u011b a Alzheimerovou chorobou, bipol\u00e1rn\u00ed poruchou, narkolepsi\u00ed nebo nespavost\u00ed. Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u0161ak jasn\u011b zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee pravideln\u00e1 konzumace sn\u00eddan\u011b m\u016f\u017ee podpo\u0159it du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed, zlep\u0161it koncentraci a pos\u00edlit imunitn\u00ed funkce. Proto se vyplat\u00ed up\u0159ednostnit rann\u00ed j\u00eddlo, aby se zv\u00fd\u0161ila pohoda, efektivita u\u010den\u00ed a schopnost zvl\u00e1dat ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u00fakoly (Zhang, Tan &amp; Luo, 2024).   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pozorovac\u00ed studie nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee vynech\u00e1n\u00ed sn\u00eddan\u011b a poruchy ve st\u0159evn\u00edm mikrobiomu mohou zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko deprese. A\u017e dosud v\u0161ak nebylo jasn\u00e9, zda zm\u011bny ve slo\u017een\u00ed st\u0159evn\u00edch bakteri\u00ed byly jedn\u00edm z mechanism\u016f spojuj\u00edc\u00edch tyto dva faktory. Aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 tento vztah prozkoumat, byla provedena genetick\u00e1 anal\u00fdza s vyu\u017eit\u00edm \u00fadaj\u016f ze studi\u00ed zahrnuj\u00edc\u00edch stovky tis\u00edc jedinc\u016f. V\u00fdsledky uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee vynech\u00e1n\u00ed sn\u00eddan\u011b bylo spojeno se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem deprese, ale deprese sama o sob\u011b neovlivnila frekvenci sn\u00eddan\u00ed. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee anal\u00fdza st\u0159evn\u00edho mikrobiomu neposkytla p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u00e9 d\u016fkazy o tom, \u017ee zm\u011bny ve slo\u017een\u00ed bakteri\u00ed hraj\u00ed v tomto vztahu kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli. Jedinou v\u00fdjimkou byla skupina s aktinobakteriemi, kde byly vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladiny spojeny s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm rizikem deprese.
