Favorece el correcto funcionamiento de todos los sistemas de nuestro cuerpo: el inmunitario, el nervioso, el hormonal y el digestivo. Ayuda a mantener niveles saludables de az\u00facar y grasa en sangre, fortalece el sistema inmunitario, mejora el estado de \u00e1nimo y protege contra la inflamaci\u00f3n y muchas enfermedades. Por lo tanto, una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable no es solo un h\u00e1bito diario, sino tambi\u00e9n una forma importante de cuidar nuestra salud y prevenir problemas graves.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-3b4716c3 alignwide uagb-is-root-container\">\n<p class=\"sensei-content-description\"><strong>La nutrici\u00f3n racional es una forma de alimentaci\u00f3n basada en el conocimiento cient\u00edfico actual. Consiste en proporcionar al cuerpo la cantidad adecuada de energ\u00eda y nutrientes que realmente necesita, en funci\u00f3n de la edad, el sexo, el peso corporal, el nivel de actividad f\u00edsica y el estado de salud general.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-bf13f3fd33f95d8f747ce4e9e7b18046\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"><strong><em>El papel de los macro y micronutrientes en la dieta humana <\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>La dieta de todo adulto debe incluir nutrientes que se dividen en dos grupos: macronutrientes y micronutrientes. Los macronutrientes incluyen prote\u00ednas, grasas y carbohidratos; proporcionan energ\u00eda y contribuyen a la estructura y el correcto funcionamiento del organismo.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La prote\u00edna es el principal material de construcci\u00f3n del cuerpo. Ayuda a reparar los tejidos, apoya la producci\u00f3n de enzimas y hormonas, adem\u00e1s de apoyar el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las grasas son importantes para el equilibrio hormonal, ayudan al cuerpo a absorber las vitaminas A, D, E y K (que son liposolubles) y son un componente estructural de las c\u00e9lulas. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los carbohidratos son la principal fuente de energ\u00eda, sobre todo para el cerebro y los m\u00fasculos. Sin embargo, el tipo de carbohidratos que elegimos es importante. Los carbohidratos complejos, como los que se encuentran en las verduras ricas en almid\u00f3n, los cereales integrales, los granos de avena o el arroz integral, son mejores y deber\u00edan predominar en la dieta. En cambio, los az\u00facares simples, presentes en los dulces y las bebidas azucaradas, si se consumen en exceso, pueden provocar obesidad, diabetes tipo 2 y caries.    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de los macronutrientes, los micronutrientes \u2014vitaminas y minerales\u2014 desempe\u00f1an un papel fundamental en nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n. Si bien los necesitamos en menor cantidad, son esenciales para el correcto funcionamiento de todo el organismo. Contribuyen a casi todos los procesos corporales, ayudando al funcionamiento de los sistemas nervioso e inmunitario y facilitando el metabolismo a nivel celular.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La deficiencia de estos nutrientes puede provocar graves problemas de salud. Fibre regulates the functioning of the digestive system, supports the good bacteria in the gut (the microbiome), and helps maintain healthy levels of fat and sugar in the blood.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias a la fibra, nos sentimos saciados durante m\u00e1s tiempo, los niveles de glucosa en sangre aumentan m\u00e1s lentamente despu\u00e9s de las comidas y las deposiciones son m\u00e1s regulares. Esto reduce el riesgo de estre\u00f1imiento y ayuda a proteger contra el c\u00e1ncer colorrectal.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las mejores fuentes de fibra son: verduras, frutas, legumbres (como frijoles y lentejas) y productos integrales como el pan integral o el arroz integral. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-fe1c8445e799e218fcab8fd3dfe979aa\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\"><strong><em>Hidrataci\u00f3n adecuada<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Una hidrataci\u00f3n adecuada es otro aspecto importante de una dieta saludable. El agua constituye aproximadamente el 60 % del peso corporal de un adulto y es esencial para todos los procesos vitales: ayuda a transportar nutrientes, regula la temperatura corporal y permite la eliminaci\u00f3n de desechos del metabolismo. Cuando no bebemos suficiente agua, podemos tener dificultades para concentrarnos, sentirnos cansados \u200b\u200bo d\u00e9biles, e incluso experimentar hipotensi\u00f3n.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un adulto debe beber entre 2 y 2,5 litros de agua al d\u00eda (incluyendo el agua de las bebidas y los alimentos).
