Las elecciones alimentarias se ven influenciadas por muchos factores diferentes: no solo la salud o el hambre, sino tambi\u00e9n las emociones, la crianza, la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, el entorno y el estilo de vida.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A menudo, estos factores act\u00faan simult\u00e1neamente, y las personas pueden no ser conscientes de qu\u00e9 influye realmente en sus decisiones diarias. Por eso, los h\u00e1bitos alimenticios son tan complejos y var\u00edan enormemente de una persona a otra.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-03a5f381 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-9830c218\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-30b39f55\">\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-944e1c3bbf7d80a2e2c22fcc3b290f13\"><em><strong>Factores biol\u00f3gicos<\/strong><\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro cuerpo nos \u00abindica\u00bb de forma natural cu\u00e1ndo tenemos hambre y cu\u00e1ndo estamos saciados. Esto lo regula el sistema hormonal, que involucra hormonas como la leptina, la grelina, la insulina y el cortisol. En los siguientes m\u00f3dulos, aprender\u00e1 m\u00e1s sobre c\u00f3mo funcionan la leptina, la grelina, la insulina y el cortisol (hormonas que influyen en el hambre y la saciedad). Si comemos de forma irregular, estamos estresados \u200b\u200bo consumimos con frecuencia alimentos muy cal\u00f3ricos, estas se\u00f1ales pueden verse alteradas, lo que facilita comer demasiado o muy poco. Los sabores que nos gustan tambi\u00e9n son importantes. Algunos se heredan, mientras que otros se aprenden con el tiempo. A la mayor\u00eda de las personas les gustan los alimentos dulces, grasos y salados; esto es natural, ya que antes eran dif\u00edciles de conseguir, pero aportaban mucha energ\u00eda. Sin embargo, hoy en d\u00eda, cuando est\u00e1n ampliamente disponibles, es f\u00e1cil comer en exceso, lo que puede perjudicar nuestra salud.       <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-601d5b8b30ecc21346351e6baa4de4be\"><strong><em>Factores psicol\u00f3gicos y sociales <\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>A veces comemos no porque tengamos hambre, sino porque nos sentimos mal: estresados, solos, tristes o molestos. Esto se llama comer emocionalmente: se usa la comida para mejorar el estado de \u00e1nimo, aunque el efecto suele ser solo temporal.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <br>La presi\u00f3n social, como la tendencia hacia un \u00abcuerpo ideal\u00bb, puede llevar a algunas personas a seguir dietas muy restrictivas. Desafortunadamente, estas dietas suelen provocar un efecto yo-yo: un r\u00e1pido retorno al peso anterior o incluso un aumento de peso. Las empresas alimentarias promueven intensamente alimentos y bebidas que, a menudo, son altamente procesados \u200b\u200by poco saludables, pero que se comercializan como \u00abfit\u00bb o \u00abesenciales despu\u00e9s del ejercicio\u00bb.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <br>Los anuncios se dirigen a diferentes grupos \u2014ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y adultos\u2014 y utilizan influencers, aplicaciones e incluso pel\u00edculas o programas de televisi\u00f3n para presentar los productos de forma atractiva. Como resultado, muchas personas creen que una bebida deportiva azucarada es necesaria despu\u00e9s de una caminata corta, o que una barrita deportiva es un refrigerio saludable, aunque pueda contener m\u00e1s calor\u00edas que una comida completa.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <br>Adem\u00e1s, el ritmo de vida acelerado actual (largas jornadas laborales, estar sentado frente al ordenador, falta de tiempo y comer sobre la marcha) tambi\u00e9n afecta las decisiones alimentarias. Muchas personas:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comer de forma irregular y con prisas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conf\u00ede en la comida r\u00e1pida, las comidas preparadas y los snacks de las m\u00e1quinas expendedoras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No tengo tiempo para hacer compras ni cocinar. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo esto conduce a elecciones alimentarias que a menudo son aleatorias y est\u00e1n motivadas por la conveniencia, m\u00e1s que por la salud. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-6a6dbfae34947d97b10e169620ae758d\"><strong><em>Factores econ\u00f3micos<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Los factores econ\u00f3micos tambi\u00e9n tienen un impacto significativo. Las personas con un nivel socioecon\u00f3mico m\u00e1s bajo son m\u00e1s propensas a elegir alimentos ricos en calor\u00edas pero bajos en nutrientes porque son m\u00e1s baratos y accesibles. Los altos precios de las verduras, el pescado o los productos org\u00e1nicos pueden ser un obst\u00e1culo para muchas familias. La disponibilidad de infraestructura es igualmente importante: las personas que viven en los llamados \u00abdesiertos alimentarios\u00bb (zonas sin tiendas de alimentos nutritivos) tienen muchas menos oportunidades de elegir opciones saludables.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todas estas condiciones implican que la promoci\u00f3n eficaz de una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable no puede limitarse \u00fanicamente a la educaci\u00f3n.
