Przez to wiele os\u00f3b wierzy, \u017ce np. s\u0142odzony nap\u00f3j izotoniczny jest potrzebny po zwyk\u0142ym spacerze, albo \u017ce baton z napisem \u201efit\u201d to zdrowa przek\u0105ska, mimo \u017ce zawiera wi\u0119cej kalorii ni\u017c pe\u0142ny posi\u0142ek.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <br>Do tego dochodzi szybki, zabiegany styl \u017cycia \u2013 du\u017co pracy, siedzenie przed komputerem, brak czasu i jedzenie \u201ew biegu\u201d.
