W tej cz\u0119\u015bci szczeg\u00f3\u0142owo wyja\u015bnimy, dlaczego osoby z zaburzeniami psychicznymi cz\u0119sto cierpi\u0105 na niedobory witamin i minera\u0142\u00f3w oraz jakie procesy za tym stoj\u0105 (Zieli\u0144ska i in., 2023; Onaolapo i Onaolapo, 2021; Rao i in., 2008).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"sensei-content-description has-ast-global-color-3-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:14px\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-9187f8ca alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-0c54da90 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-b6f0666b\">\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>1. Po wch\u0142oni\u0119ciu sk\u0142adniki te s\u0105 transportowane do r\u00f3\u017cnych tkanek, gdzie pe\u0142ni\u0105 kluczowe funkcje \u2013 takie jak wspieranie funkcji m\u00f3zgu, regulacja metabolizmu i udzia\u0142 w produkcji neuroprzeka\u017anik\u00f3w. Jednak u os\u00f3b z zaburzeniami psychicznymi proces ten mo\u017ce by\u0107 zaburzony. Zesp\u00f3\u0142 z\u0142ego wch\u0142aniania mo\u017ce oznacza\u0107, \u017ce pacjent spo\u017cywa odpowiedni\u0105 ilo\u015b\u0107 sk\u0142adnik\u00f3w od\u017cywczych, ale organizm nie jest w stanie ich skutecznie wch\u0142on\u0105\u0107. Nietolerancja glutenu i celiakia u pacjent\u00f3w ze schizofreni\u0105 (Onaolapo &amp; Onaolapo 2021): <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Coeliac disease<\/strong> is an autoimmune condition in which the consumption of gluten (a protein found in wheat, rye and barley) triggers an immune response that damages the villi in the small intestine. These villi are responsible for nutrient absorption, so their damage leads to deficiencies in iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium, B vitamins and vitamin D.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gluten intolerance<\/strong> is a slightly milder condition in which gluten causes inflammatory reactions in the intestines but does not lead to permanent damage of the villi. However, chronic inflammation can still limit the absorption of key vitamins and minerals, increasing the risk of nutritional deficiencies.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<p><strong>Przewlek\u0142y stan zapalny<\/strong>, szczeg\u00f3lnie w jelitach, mo\u017ce negatywnie wp\u0142ywa\u0107 na zdolno\u015b\u0107 organizmu do wch\u0142aniania sk\u0142adnik\u00f3w od\u017cywczych. Przyczyny stanu zapalnego (Onaolapo i Onaolapo 2021):  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zwi\u0119kszona przepuszczalno\u015b\u0107 jelit (tzw. \u201enieszczelne jelito\u201d), co oznacza, \u017ce \u200b\u200bsk\u0142adniki od\u017cywcze nie s\u0105 prawid\u0142owo wch\u0142aniane, a szkodliwe substancje mog\u0105 przedostawa\u0107 si\u0119 do krwiobiegu, wywo\u0142uj\u0105c dalsze reakcje zapalne; U pacjent\u00f3w z zaburzeniami psychicznymi cz\u0119sto obserwuje si\u0119 nast\u0119puj\u0105ce objawy:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Obni\u017cony poziom po\u017cytecznych bakterii<\/strong>: bakterie jelitowe wspomagaj\u0105 produkcj\u0119 niekt\u00f3rych witamin, takich jak witamina K, biotyna i kwas foliowy (B9). Niedobory tych sk\u0142adnik\u00f3w od\u017cywczych mog\u0105 zaburza\u0107 metabolizm neuroprzeka\u017anik\u00f3w, takich jak serotonina i dopamina, zwi\u0119kszaj\u0105c ryzyko depresji i zaburze\u0144 l\u0119kowych.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zwi\u0119kszony poziom bakterii chorobotw\u00f3rczych<\/strong>: niekt\u00f3re szkodliwe bakterie
