Contribui para o bom funcionamento de todos os sistemas do nosso organismo \u2013 o imunit\u00e1rio, o nervoso, o hormonal e o digestivo. Ajuda a manter n\u00edveis saud\u00e1veis \u200b\u200bde a\u00e7\u00facar e gordura no sangue, refor\u00e7a a imunidade, melhora o humor e protege contra inflama\u00e7\u00f5es e muitas doen\u00e7as. Por isso, uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas um h\u00e1bito di\u00e1rio, mas tamb\u00e9m uma forma importante de cuidar da nossa sa\u00fade e prevenir problemas graves.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-3b4716c3 alignwide uagb-is-root-container\">\n<p class=\"sensei-content-description\"><strong>A nutri\u00e7\u00e3o racional \u00e9 uma forma de se alimentar baseada no conhecimento cient\u00edfico atual. Consiste em fornecer ao organismo a quantidade certa de energia e nutrientes de que realmente necessita, tendo em conta a idade, o sexo, o peso corporal, o n\u00edvel de atividade f\u00edsica e o estado geral de sa\u00fade.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-abcc3cdca68971eef7a53a2bcdad2c17\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"><strong><em>O papel dos macro e micronutrientes na dieta humana <\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>A dieta de cada adulto deve incluir nutrientes divididos em dois grupos: macronutrientes e micronutrientes. Os macronutrientes incluem prote\u00ednas, gorduras e hidratos de carbono \u2013 fornecem energia e sustentam a estrutura e o bom funcionamento do organismo.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A prote\u00edna \u00e9 o principal material de constru\u00e7\u00e3o do organismo. Ajuda a reparar os tecidos, auxilia na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de enzimas e hormonas, al\u00e9m de fortalecer o sistema imunit\u00e1rio.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As gorduras s\u00e3o importantes para o equil\u00edbrio hormonal, ajudam o organismo a absorver as vitaminas A, D, E e K (que s\u00e3o lipossol\u00faveis) e s\u00e3o um componente estrutural das c\u00e9lulas. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Os hidratos de carbono s\u00e3o a principal fonte de energia, especialmente para o c\u00e9rebro e os m\u00fasculos. No entanto, o tipo de hidrato de carbono que escolhemos \u00e9 importante. Os hidratos de carbono complexos \u2013 como os que se encontram em vegetais ricos em amido, cereais integrais, aveia ou arroz integral \u2013 s\u00e3o melhores e devem predominar na dieta. Em contrapartida, os a\u00e7\u00facares simples, presentes nos doces e nas bebidas a\u00e7ucaradas, se consumidos em excesso, podem levar \u00e0 obesidade, diabetes tipo 2 e c\u00e1ries.    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para al\u00e9m dos macronutrientes, os micronutrientes \u2013 vitaminas e minerais \u2013 desempenham um papel muito importante na nossa alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. Embora necessitemos deles em menor quantidade, s\u00e3o essenciais para o bom funcionamento de todo o organismo. Suportam quase todos os processos do organismo, ajudando no funcionamento dos sistemas nervoso e imunit\u00e1rio e auxiliando no metabolismo a n\u00edvel celular.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A defici\u00eancia destes nutrientes pode levar a problemas de sa\u00fade graves. As fibras regulam o funcionamento do sistema digestivo, favorecem as bact\u00e9rias ben\u00e9ficas do intestino (o microbioma) e ajudam a manter n\u00edveis saud\u00e1veis \u200b\u200bde gordura e a\u00e7\u00facar no sangue.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gra\u00e7as \u00e0s fibras, a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de saciedade dura mais tempo, os n\u00edveis de glicose no sangue aumentam mais lentamente ap\u00f3s as refei\u00e7\u00f5es e o funcionamento do intestino torna-se mais regular. A \u00e1gua constitui cerca de 60% do peso corporal de um adulto e \u00e9 essencial para todos os processos vitais \u2013 ajuda a transportar nutrientes, regula a temperatura corporal e permite a elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos do metabolismo. Quando n\u00e3o bebemos \u00e1gua suficiente, podemos ter dificuldade em concentrar-nos, sentir-nos cansados \u200b\u200bou fracos e at\u00e9 apresentar uma tens\u00e3o arterial baixa.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um adulto deve beber cerca de 2 a 2,5 litros de \u00e1gua por dia (incluindo a \u00e1gua proveniente de bebidas e alimentos).
