As empresas aliment\u00edcias promovem intensamente alimentos e bebidas que, muitas vezes, s\u00e3o altamente processados e pouco saud\u00e1veis, mas s\u00e3o comercializados como \u00abadequados\u00bb ou \u00abessenciais ap\u00f3s o exerc\u00edcio\u00bb.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os an\u00fancios publicit\u00e1rios visam diferentes grupos \u2013 crian\u00e7as, adolescentes e adultos \u2013 e utilizam influenciadores, aplica\u00e7\u00f5es e at\u00e9 filmes ou programas de televis\u00e3o para apresentar os produtos de forma apelativa. Como resultado, muitas pessoas acreditam que uma bebida desportiva a\u00e7ucarada \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria ap\u00f3s uma curta caminhada, ou que uma barra \u00abfit\u00bb \u00e9 um lanche saud\u00e1vel \u2013 mesmo que possa conter mais calorias do que uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o completa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o estilo de vida acelerado de hoje em dia \u2013 longas jornadas de trabalho, ficar sentado em frente ao computador, falta de tempo e comer \u00abna correria\u00bb \u2013 tamb\u00e9m afeta as escolhas alimentares. Muitas pessoas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comer de forma irregular e com pressa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Confiam em fast food, refei\u00e7\u00f5es prontas e snacks de m\u00e1quinas de venda autom\u00e1tica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>N\u00e3o t\u00eam tempo para fazer compras no supermercado ou cozinhar. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tudo isso leva a escolhas alimentares que muitas vezes s\u00e3o aleat\u00f3rias e motivadas pela conveni\u00eancia, em vez da sa\u00fade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-a877898d2611bc142ad07398d9392583\"><strong><em>Fatores econ\u00f3micos<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Os fatores econ\u00f3micos tamb\u00e9m t\u00eam um impacto significativo. Pessoas com menor n\u00edvel socioecon\u00f3mico tendem a escolher alimentos com alto teor cal\u00f3rico, mas com baixo valor nutricional, porque s\u00e3o mais baratos e acess\u00edveis. Os pre\u00e7os elevados de vegetais, peixe ou produtos org\u00e2nicos podem ser uma barreira para muitas fam\u00edlias.
