Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 estrutura cerebral e aos processos cognitivos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"sensei-content-description wp-block-paragraph\">O c\u00e9rebro \u00e9 o \u00f3rg\u00e3o mais complexo do corpo humano e um dos sistemas biol\u00f3gicos mais avan\u00e7ados. Ele controla todas as fun\u00e7\u00f5es do corpo, como movimentos, percep\u00e7\u00e3o do ambiente, emo\u00e7\u00f5es, linguagem, mem\u00f3ria e pensamento. O c\u00e9rebro \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pelos nossos pensamentos, sentimentos, mem\u00f3ria e capacidade de aprendizagem. \u00c9 composto por mais de 100 mil milh\u00f5es de neur\u00f3nios \u2014 c\u00e9lulas nervosas que enviam e processam informa\u00e7\u00f5es. Estas c\u00e9lulas ajudam-nos a tomar decis\u00f5es, aprender coisas novas e responder ao que est\u00e1 a acontecer \u00e0 nossa volta. Para compreender melhor como funciona o c\u00e9rebro, \u00e9 \u00fatil aprender sobre a sua estrutura e fun\u00e7\u00f5es cognitivas b\u00e1sicas (Maldonado &amp; Alsayouri, 2023).      <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A estrutura b\u00e1sica do c\u00e9rebro \u00e9 o neur\u00f3nio, que \u00e9 uma c\u00e9lula nervosa que envia informa\u00e7\u00f5es. Funciona como um fio que transmite sinais. Faz isso usando sinais el\u00e9tricos e qu\u00edmicos.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"sensei-content-description wp-block-paragraph\">Um neur\u00f3nio tem tr\u00eas partes principais: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Corpo celular (soma) \u2013 \u00c9 o centro do neur\u00f3nio, onde se encontra o n\u00facleo da c\u00e9lula. Processa informa\u00e7\u00f5es e mant\u00e9m a c\u00e9lula viva.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dendritos \u2013 S\u00e3o \u00abramifica\u00e7\u00f5es\u00bb finas que recebem sinais de outros neur\u00f3nios e os enviam para o corpo celular. Pode pensar neles como antenas que captam sinais.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ax\u00e3o \u2013 \u00c9 um longo \u00abtubo\u00bb que transporta o sinal para outros neur\u00f3nios ou m\u00fasculos. O ax\u00e3o \u00e9 coberto por uma bainha de mielina, que funciona como isolamento num fio el\u00e9trico, ajudando os sinais a viajar mais rapidamente.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left sensei-content-description has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-dcc1f065c4aec557dbbba7273efed038 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Os neur\u00f3nios transmitem informa\u00e7\u00f5es de duas maneiras:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-9ebab0a9 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-regular\"><table class=\"has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-fixed-layout\" style=\"color:#394c19;background-color:#ddf0be\"><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><strong>Impulso el\u00e9trico (dentro do neur\u00f3nio), ou seja, um sinal transmitido dentro da c\u00e9lula nervosa.<\/strong> <\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"><strong>Transmissores qu\u00edmicos (entre neur\u00f3nios)<\/strong> <\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Dentro do neur\u00f3nio, os sinais s\u00e3o transmitidos na forma de um impulso el\u00e9trico, que viaja dos dendritos, passando pelo corpo celular, at\u00e9 o final do ax\u00f3nio. <\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"> <br>\u00b7Os neur\u00f3nios n\u00e3o est\u00e3o diretamente conectados \u2013 existe uma sinapse (um espa\u00e7o microsc\u00f3pico) entre eles. <br>\u00b7Quando um impulso el\u00e9trico chega ao fim do ax\u00f3nio, ele desencadeia a libera\u00e7\u00e3o de neurotransmissores \u2013 subst\u00e2ncias qu\u00edmicas especiais. <br>\u00b7Essas subst\u00e2ncias qu\u00edmicas (neurotransmissores) atravessam o pequeno espa\u00e7o entre as c\u00e9lulas e transmitem a informa\u00e7\u00e3o adiante. <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-cd14961e default uagb-is-root-container\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-f2cd8118 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--80);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--80);flex-basis:60%\">\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-c1821465f1b8cd51d6355f91163a6368 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exemplo de como funciona um neur\u00f3nio:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se tocar em algo quente, os neur\u00f3nios da sua pele enviam rapidamente um sinal ao seu c\u00e9rebro. O c\u00e9rebro processa a informa\u00e7\u00e3o e envia um comando aos m\u00fasculos da sua m\u00e3o para a retirar. Tudo isto acontece numa fra\u00e7\u00e3o de segundo! A hiperatividade nesta \u00e1rea pode levar \u00e0 ansiedade, enquanto a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da atividade pode causar dificuldade em sentir emo\u00e7\u00f5es.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714\ufe0f Estriado ventral \u2013 parte do sistema de recompensa do c\u00e9rebro e importante para a experi\u00eancia do prazer.
