normalmente realizada em ambientes laboratoriais ou entre indiv\u00edduos com dist\u00farbios alimentares. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rivaz et al. (2022) realizaram uma experi\u00eancia para examinar como a fome e a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o afetam as emo\u00e7\u00f5es di\u00e1rias em mais de 700 adultos. Durante uma semana, os participantes relataram os seus n\u00edveis de fome, ingest\u00e3o alimentar e humor quatro vezes por dia.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os resultados mostraram que a fome pode aumentar a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de energia e atividade, bem como melhorar o estado de alerta. As pessoas que estavam com fome relataram menos lentid\u00e3o mental. Por outro lado, comer fez com que as pessoas se sentissem mais ativas no final do dia.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O estudo tamb\u00e9m descobriu que as emo\u00e7\u00f5es podem influenciar a fome: indiv\u00edduos que se sentiam en\u00e9rgicos, animados ou inquietos tendiam a sentir fome mais rapidamente. Em contrapartida, aqueles que se sentiam distra\u00eddos ou mentalmente lentos sentiam menos fome.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Curiosamente, n\u00e3o foi encontrada nenhuma rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a fome e emo\u00e7\u00f5es negativas, como tristeza, ansiedade ou raiva. Isso sugere que a fome pode ter um efeito mais forte sobre os nossos n\u00edveis de energia e atividade do que sobre o humor negativo.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#e4493e;font-size:28px\"><strong>4.1. Por exemplo, as bact\u00e9rias movem-se em dire\u00e7\u00e3o aos nutrientes e afastam-se das toxinas. \u00c0 medida que a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o progrediu, os organismos multicelulares \u2014 especialmente aqueles com sistema nervoso \u2014 desenvolveram formas mais avan\u00e7adas de responder ao seu ambiente.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container
