MoodBites is a tailor-made training program for the social and education professionals from the mental health sector (primary target group) on the theory and practice of healthy nutrition as one of the key factors in the mental well-being of persons with a history of mental disorders, which will contribute to developing a holistic approach to the clients’ wellbeing


Goals
We are
The consortium of five partners from Greece, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Lithuania and Czechia, united by their commitment to promoting wellbeing, mental health and healthy habits. It comprises organisations that operate and are expert in different fields relevant to the Project: Vocational Education and Training in the area of health and social assistance, experts in researching the effects of nutrition on the brain. social and education services providers for persons with psychiatric diagnosis, and in mindfulness based interventions.
